Do you keep your vehicle keys wrapped in tin foil?

Your key fob technology is definitely flawed and can be hacked.

I think no one would want to steal your car if it's not too expensive

@SW-User That is true to an extent, but all cars can be used and sold for parts if stolen.

Have any of you tried to set a new key fob? It's not that easily done.

Why waste and have to fight tinfoil?

Just get a metal container with a lid, like a tin of cookies come in. Functional and stylish!

@SW-User For those who don't want to carry around a bulky metal container, tin foil is an option.

@4meAndyou Oh, portability. Got it.

Around here thieves use repeaters and bounce the signal from inside your house to the car outside, and then just drive away.

@SW-User Unfortunately they are hitting people at work, at church...everywhere.
