I Help Everyone But No One Helps Me

I forgot how to change my profile photo.
I go to choose a file...#2 in the list...and nothing happens.
Someone help, please.

From what I can tell either the pic is not one of the reccomended file types or the size of the pic is too large. Try using any paint program to change the file to a jpeg. Usually you will just need to open the file in the program and then save it as jpeg in the file type section of the save window.

@330GTC I know on android there are image converter apps and I would assume the same for apple. That might be easier, but be careful as some of those apps can be a bit shady.
