I Need Advice With A Guy Situation

This is basically what I was known for on EP XD Well I like this extremely shy, quiet, nice and fragile boy. This boy talks all about me to my best friend (who tells me everything of course). He's always telling my best friend "news" about me such as that he saw me in the halls, or i said hi to him. He told my friend that he really wants to ask me out but he's too scared to even talk to me. He doesn't even know i like him. We barely talk because he's too shy. ://
