If you want to lose weight, my advise:change your diet

I've spoken before about my change of diet which has resulted in my slimming down, notably, in terms of my seeing this "stubborn" belly fat disappear.

Now, for somewhere around five or six years (not sure exactly how long), I've been engaged in what you may think of as an extreme workout routine. One guy at the gym, who's seen me around there for a while, told me, with different words, that I work out very hard. But still, this unwanted belly fat has somehow stuck around.

And I also thought, I suppose, that I was eating healthy.

Then I came across this guy (Rob Stuart) on Youtube:[youtube=https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=4&v=WK0hPFpKeek] who spoke about healing your skin through diet, and that appealed to me because I've had some skin condition on my face for a while, something like dermatitis, where my skin has been excessively peeling, dry and irritated, appearing blotchy and/or red.

I can imagine it was through him that I changed my diet. Not sure all I did at first, but somewhere along the line, my changes included:

a) my resolve to cut out all sugar from my diet, which included the added sugar seen listed on the ingredients of many packaged foods, cut out the whey protein I used to have because of the artificial sweeteners such as, but not limited to, sucralose;

b) cutting out wheat (such as bread), which you may find is almost exclusively genetically modified (apparently so they could do stuff with it);

c) regularly eating oats (not the sort that comes in the packaging with this other added stuff--for example, getting the sort which just has one ingredient: rolled oats);

d) eating more dark green, leafy veggies, or more veggies in general;

e) eating more fruit (has sugar, yes, but the kind that isn't bad for you like the kind they add to food products);

f) eating boiled eggs and meat without any of the sauces (which will most probably, I think, contain added sugar)

Lately, I've actually been wanting to put on some weight in preparation for a fast, so I've started eating bread again lately. I'd add that when I was at one supermarket, that would appear to be a place to go for healthy eating, I was searching for a bread that didn't contain added sugar, and perhaps 97% of the breads available contained added sugar.

Eventually I found one (apparently, unless they forgot to list it somehow), and let me draw your attention to the amount of carbs stated: 41 carbs as opposed to 9,8 protein, I think.

Bread... if you want to put on weight quickly, this looks like one way to go about it... and it might be one of the leading factors in the world obesity problem.

In one of my previous posts, I talked about wheat being genetically modified. I don't know all the facts, but from my point of view, it looks like this change has resulted in their being an excessive amount of carbs to protein. And people eat so much bread nowadays.
