I Have A Bad Friend

I just realized that most of my ranting posts are about my "best friend", I known her since I was a little girl, so it's a little hard for me to turn away from her. But we got in contact with each other four years ago, and we've been inseparable, but just this year in February, I got into a relationship, so I'm not spending a lot of time with her now, she's okay with it. But there are things she says about me, or things she does that stuff up plans, and honestly it's starting to get on my nerves, because she dictates to me when to call or when she will call, she's independent, but still has to ask for permission, which doesn't sound right as she is now 24 years old. But she thinks she's knows me, and that she's gone through so much because she's older than me, I'm 21 though, so there isn't much of a big difference between us. But I realize now that I think
I should back away from her for a while and take a breather, if anyone say my latest pot "I'm Irritated", you'll know what she did, and it stressed me out so much, to the point that I can't keep doing this anymore. She can be blunt and rude, and she won't even understand that some things are better off not being said, because even if you reprimand her, she still won't understand. She calls other immature, and tells them how bad they work, when she can't even figure herself out, I know I'm doing the same thing kind of on this post, but I just need a little advice, am I doing the right thing on turning away from her?
