I Sometimes Want to Sleep Forever
Never let the dawn come, let the night keep forever so I might hold a small moment of piece just before sleep takes me. Let keep me, and I should never wake.
There is a feeling that has persisted for years in my life that I am only at piece for a while before I sleep. And im that moment I want sleep and never have to wake. To fall back into the calm tranquil and stay there before time takes another day from me.
Ironic that I should say this, because I have had just as many nights where sleep was so very hard to obtain - where through one way or another I would try to get back to that piece.
