I Am Looking Foward to Retirement

I can't wait till I retire! I hate State Service. It has been a rough time for many years. I haven't received a cost of living raises since 08. I struggle terrible, yet I need my pension! I have decided vto do 25 years..I am going against the tide with it. I will have to have a full time job lined up for servival. With a full time job plus the pension...I will be doing so much better.
I will basically be making up an absent income.
It's tough w my husband being sick w arthritis n other ailments. He cannot work..n gets bare Minimal for SS...
I know there has to be a light up ahead!!

There is a way of getting out of this struggle and also helping your husband at the same time.

@Malcolm is this a question or a solution?
Malcolm · 61-69, M
@aradia11 It's a solution for me but it's not for everyone.

@Malcolm So is your solution retiring then getting a job..to have 2 incomes?
Malcolm · 61-69, M
@aradia11 Not exactly. It's self-employment with a large US company that operates via network marketing. Not everyone likes the uncertainty of self-employment but I love it as it gives me complete freedom over my working hours, the people I choose to work with and my potential income.

@Malcolm very nice..may I ask what it is you do?
Malcolm · 61-69, M
@aradia11 Absolutely. I run my own business as a distributor for Forever Living Products, which is based in Arizona and operates in over 150 countries worldwide. You can run the business exactly how you please: some take a distributorship on simply to get discounted products for themselves and friends; some wish to make a few hundred dollars a month; some wish to make a lot more than that. You can take a look at the business at www.mpwflo.co.uk. Select your own country at top left. The products are at www.mpwflp.co.uk. Again, select your own country.

As I said, the business is not for everyone, but you won't do any harm by taking a look. The products are top quality and have brought relief for many sorts of ailments, internal and external.

Let me know what you think. I won't be offended if you say it's not for you, but you might just see the potential and how it could suit your circumstances. Most people run it part time (I do), and it's extremely flexible, fitting around your other commitments. Finally, the business is just sheer fun, with lovely lovely people who will help you every step of the way!
