Question for SW admins. THIS IS MOST IMPORTANT.

There are urgent issues going on on this site that require immediate attention. If we cannot contact SW admin via private message we'll have to do it this way because the report system is far too slow for matters as urgent as this.

@SW-User Are they really? Then why does it say "Private Messages sent to Staff may not be seen or attended to. 
Please use our Help Center (press here) to find your answer and get staff support" when we try to message them?
