Tbh, I'm not good at comforting people.When I respond to a post where someone is upset I usually end up regretting it because I'm either not very good at comforting or Im just a person who gets frustrated easily.
Sometimes when Im having a down day people dont respond to my posts, doesn't mean they hate me if Im depressed.Some people either didn't see it, didn't know what to say, didn't feel like saying anything, weren't on, _____(insert some other good reason)
It doesn't mean they turned their backs on me either.
Im also probably the world's worst person for emotional support and worst person to PM, yet there are a lot of people who still take their time out of their day for me, even those I don't know well.
I just be grateful if someone responds at all to my posts.

That's two more than usually respond to me ,sometimes people don't know how to help or are in such a shaky place themselves they can't help. The best i could do would be to say i feel the same way and that's not going to help. You have two people you know have your back ,seems like a good thing to know.

You know I'm here off and on. There are many nights I don't feel like looking at the site or even be online.
Don't delete your account because you got upset. Only delete if that's truly what you feel that's what you need to do.
I honestly do not think that all your friends turned their backs on you. Had I actually been on last night, I would have been here for you. Some of us just were not here. 😔

But if you let me be honest like I always like to be, maybe would be good to write directly the ones you trust. The ones you truly consider your friends, because you see, I have a lot of people that are usually kind with me but I only talk with 2 people regular in a more personal level... That doesn't mean the others are bad. Just not everyone has the same way of showing they care.

@chuck7882 yeah but in my experience the way another good way to find the people that can connect well with you, are the ones that usually respond to your posts, in caring ways, or the ones you already know. Because not everyone can offer the same support even if they wished.
