I Have Had Surgery

So the other day I went into hospital to get my left toes straightened out because I was walking on the toe nails. Ended up having the operation under a block which was a bit strange because you literally can't feel a thing and you're aware during surgery.

I had this last time on my other foot they did a great job and it's so worth getting your toes straightened out if you have hammer toes! Definitely recommend getting it done the comfort you get afterwards is amazing and looks like they were straight the whole time. Can hardly tell I've had surgery on my other foot!

I'm also just curious to know what other activities I can do that don't involve too much screen time while I'm resting for the six weeks. I've got my sketch book, jewellery making stuff, modelling clay, laptop/tablet and may learn to do crotcheting some granny squares. It's just I'd rather avoid spending too much time on my screens if I can :) .

Other than my awful night stay and throwing up a few times it was okay and the nurses and doctors were amazing ❤️. All safe and sound at home now :). I only threw up because they gave me pain killers on an empty stomach 😂 and then gave me anti sickness stuff which made me feel worse. Even though I said I don't react well with anti sickness stuff 😂
