I Am Having Technical Difficulties

So I bought a win 10 little over 3 months ago and more than once I been having the issue of having trouble logging into sertain internet pages such as fb , tumbr , Twitter and now this site and I'm already tired of it personally I hate win 10 idk if it's win 10 or just the computer it's self I called several times to HP and they have shitty customer service so my question is it win 10 what causes the problem or what and has anyone experience this before ? I have an old win vista I used a lot before in the past and never had any issues with it but when it comes to win 7 and win 10 i always have had problems in the past
