I Am Having Technical Difficulties

Sometimes my phone has translated a site into Russian. It's not often, but when I open sign petitions or at random sites.
Does anyone know anything about this?
And no it's not just that the site is in Russian, it's definitely translating from my language into Russian.
I appreciate any advice or tips :)
