I Am Not Racist

Alright, I got a funny question for you people out there. If you like a thingy that says "I am not racist", doesn't that make you racist because you are declaring you are aware of the differences between people, just not acting differently because of the differences. (Sorry, I didn't compile my thoughts very well. Do you kinda get what I'm saying?)

To be "colorblind" is to discount the suffering of oppressed ethnic groups in our culture. Bigotry is still prevalent, and most of us still have some measure of conscious or subconscious acceptance of the dominant society's bigotry that needs to be consciously dealt with.
