I Dont't Know What to Do

I have lost all signs of happiness in my life. I have lost the will to do even the smallest of tasks. I'm just losing myself, I feel like I have died on the inside. I don't know where my future is headed and I just don't know what to do

Take a deep breath. You will be fine. Lots of us have been there. Don't focus on a whole big happy future. Focus on the smaller things that will set you on the right path. Small goals, small steps, small gains. They all add up 😊
