Is there any sane and normal people out there?

I realize I would have to define what normal is.
I'm also afraid to say something because so many people will get offended.
There are so many batshit crazy paranoid, delusional, narcissist people out there.
The mental health situation in the world is terrible!
If it wasn't already hard enough meeting people, I have no hope.
