There are some community where everyone is treated normally, anyone can be special, more places too are a challenge. It takes miracle for the whole world to accept it. Just find the place.

Big picture answer: More individualism and less identitarianism/collectivism.

Each human has an Ego....the ego will find fault with all, the ego likes to separate and see itself as special.
The ego has no color sense, its operations hold its opinions, it's opinion is its color.

Your inner universe is reflected outwards, so what you want of this world begins with you.

If you are not at peace with yourself, then you won't see peace outside of you.
