if a girl asks you to give her a baby without you actually being a "father" more like donor. is it a trap

SW-User
Its insanity.
Think of the poor baby.

It’s like Communism, sounds good on paper but the reality will bite you later. Imagine thinking you created a child with someone and have no legal responsibility because she says she wants a baby that much and can afford to raise it. A few years later she tracks you down and you get a notice to appear in court, the judge says to furnish your income information (tax records,etc) for the past few years) and then you get slapped with child support till the child is 18 or finishes school.

@Ryannnnnn Well men need to think of these things before they do it. Sounds like fun & games but there are consequences. Think of the innocent children borne of such relationships.

@Bless2018 @cherokeepatti Thank you for being my discussion friend here
Yes. The law doesn’t know about your setup and she can fuck you over with child support.
@Shengyen Also this 👆️

I knew such a girl once that didn't even ask out right. Just to do it. I couldn't.

Three or four months later I saw her walking down the street with a guy. She saw me, smiled, and held her bulging belly.

Yes.
Not fair to the child, and you could still be legally bound for child support.
If she is looking for a sperm donor, use the proper channels.

It has never happened to me, but my immediate response would be...😂 No 🤨
GJOFJ3 · 61-69, M
Trap or no trap it's a bad idea I'd say
KA9ha · 31-35, M
no it is not...I am a weekly donor at spermbank and many times been asked to directly donate fresh ejaculates
Shengyen · 26-30, M
@KA9ha you jerk off alot.
KA9ha · 31-35, M
@Shengyen no i dont .... the nurse has to do it for me... i take ages to extract the thick cum
Not necessarily, not initially, but I've had that offer and passed. I can't know I have a child and not want to be in it's life.
Dont do it.....it wrong in so many ways. People already answering this post have gave real good reasons not do do it.
xixgun · M
get it in writing, notarized, and signed.

Then, it's not a trap.
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
@xixgun even then that’s not protection from a court order. You’re talking about supporting a human being, not repaying a small loan. It’s up to the judge to set child support and they go by the law.
Who knows

but to me it sounds like massive potential child abuse
Ryannnnnn · 31-35, M
legally you'd have to pay support. so yes.
