It’s totally normal behavior - but too much normal 8-year old behavior is bad behavior.

Conversely, good behavior is being able to stop normal child behavior on command.

I would seriously address #1 & #2 (#2 only if it was in the house and he wasn't supposed to be doing it) because they could be problematic. But #3 & #4 are just kid stuff.
