Somewhat. I sure do not want to suffer and die. I think it's easy to say we aren't until we are on our death bed.

Yes I am, mostly because of the possibility that there will be nothing after I die. But I find comfort knowing that my energy will remain with the universe

Yes. I'm more afraid of my loved ones dying than dying myself, though. I don't know what I'd do without them. I guess that's selfish.
