How to solve the poverty in the USA!💖

I. believe in rent control

2. I believe it to fire an employers should work with the employees to send them to rehab, counseling, training etc,not just fire employees.

3. The mentally ill need to be given a safe place to live to work on becoming stable, we have enough money without raising taxes, if politicians weren't so greedy with high salaries of $100,000 -$400,000 a year, 5 times the average salary of the population in the USA.

4. Some people lost their houses because they lost their jobs, and the banks kicked them out. It should be illegal for banks not to help families who have financial hardship, not just kick them out. So now we have millions of kids who were traumatised by seeing their parents fall apart and their pets go to shelters, and losing their friends when they have to move.

5. Some people lost their car when they lost their jobs. And if there were great mass transits they can get another job! We ned better mass transits for the young, the old, the handicapped. It would save money in the long run.

6. The car industry should not be allowed to bribe or lobby to take trains, and busses away because they want to make more money and sell more cars and politicians can be bought because they have enough money for a car so who cares about poor people without a car to get to work?

7. Some people lost their houses because they got sick and couldn't pay the deductibles of thousands of dollars. I believe in Universal healthcare so people wont lose their houses.

8. If we want an educated country like Europe, that has free colleges. we need to educate those who want to go to school Some people want to go to school but cant afford it because the loans are so expensive. I believe in free public colleges.

I love you no matter if you disagree with these ideas!💖

I believe people shouldn’t take on debt they can’t afford seems to be a better fix than these 8 solutions.
Carazaa · F
@SW-User well then I hope you will not eat your own words by getting in a car accident, losing your job, getting kicked out of your home, or getting sick, or an investment going bad then. I want to live in a country who has compassionate and I for one will always give money to the poor and believe in helping the young, the old, and the sick because that's what God wants us to do. And it can happen to anyone

@Carazaa Aflac offers insurance for when you are sick or are in a car accident and not able to work. Like I said it’s self accountability and I’ve already admitted I’m guilty of stupid financial decisions and taking on stupid debt. It’s like the saying give a man a fish they’ll eat for a day teach him to fish he’ll eat for life. You don’t help people out by giving them money that isn’t going to correct their issues it’s not going to fix anything. That money will be gone and they will still be in the same situation as before. If you want to help someone become an insurance salesman and offer them something that will prevent the things you are talking about.
Carazaa · F
@SW-User A no deductible insurance plan costs about $1000 a month, and the other option is high deductible and then a person would lose the house if they got in a car accident, because the deductible is 10,000. I talked with a nurse last year who had to pay 10,000 because she had a gallstone and needed to have that removed. You are young and obviously are inexperienced at hard times, owning your own business with employees, owning a house, nor been in an accident where you can't work and the medical bill is 100,000. God blesses me and I have a beautiful house, have my own business, and good health, and starting up my second business and am blessed so far but if anything happens with the job or health I would lose the house, so it shouldn't be that complicated in the USA for families. And you probably haven't lived in any other country either where people don't have these concerns. Well I sincerely hope you will be older before they fix the huge medical problems in the USA.

It's always nice to be asked but the answer isn't more government. What's gone wrong is a two part problem.

In our corporate system the ratio of service, finance, sales, planning, legal, research, public relations, planning, analysis, evaluation, and the many managerial work has exploded in magnitude. With government itself expanding with all those plus throw in some social services, armies of revenue collectors, analysts, overseers, enforcers, bid takers, retirement benefit providers, advisors, archive and preservationists, with a reasonable rise in some and fabulous rises in wages benefits and retirement benefits.

The lower side of the middle class has had job eliminations, stagnant wages, increasing barricades, restrictions and expensive requirements to entrepreneurial business, benefit rollbacks, public education more interested in activism than useful academics, being treated as, and rapidly becoming, mindless narcissists sen hypersexulization messages, anti masculinity messages, anti family messages. Stained with video game and popcorn fed LCD theater to make them forget that they watched countless of their own get thrown onto the trash gutters of cities after being over billed, over worked and underpaid, had their retirement money ripped away from them by cronies and polyester sharks from the nose bleed 67th floor.

Usually just because someone else is there now. Incidentally. Unappreciatively.

You gonna fix that by asking which one to pay, and which ones to get their asses on a bus or train to go sit in a lesbian dancer college taught by a six figure paid blue haired man hater?

Yo. You funny bro.
Carazaa · F
@SteelHands I think greed has to stop and us caring about one another is the answer. I believe in enforcing caring if people are hateful in the workplace is important starting with the employer. And having lived in other countries where people are so compassionate and happy it is no wonder the USA has violence, poverty, homelessness, and unsolved problems!
GoodoldBob · 61-69, M
You are wrong but your naivety is rather cute.
Carazaa · F
@SpoiledbratYes! I agree!🍁
@Carazaa they probably have really enlightened day programs for mentally ill people too. Here in the usa there's nothing but the threat of prison and slave labor and forced unwanted drugging.
Carazaa · F
@Stilltryinghard But that's not true there are Employment Assistance Programs at all jobs that many employers don't a take advantage of because many prefer to fire instead. There are programs we just have to be more caring. I find Americans so harsh and uncaring about others. Where does this come from? The attitude that its their own faul they have it hard? Do we want a society that is so uncaring. That is NOT what Jesus said. "Treat others the way you want to be treated."
Ryannnnnn · 31-35, M
I agree with the intention but not the unintended outcomes of those policies. There'd be many people taking advantage of not being able to be fired. Then the other problems are mainly who pays for all this.

Would be nice though for sure.
Carazaa · F
@Ryannnnnn When a lawyer becomes a politician they have another business. They don't need to take a huge salary!
Ryannnnnn · 31-35, M
@Carazaa No, agreeable people don't take advantage, but disagreeable people will and do. Not everyones nice.
Carazaa · F
@Ryannnnnn That's why there is an EAP for employees that I think needs to be enforced first before firing anyone, that's all I'm saying if we are to solve the mental illness, addiction, and homeless problem..
AthrillatheHunt · 51-55, M
I love you too, and I totally disagree with you.
Carazaa · F
@AthrillatheHunt Christian countries, like scandinavian countries arevery caring and you can have a strong loving government and still promote private business, like Norway whos government found oil and shared the profits with all the people in the country. So everyone in Norway is wealthy, no poverty whatsoever!
AthrillatheHunt · 51-55, M
A country of 6 million with oil money is bound to be rich. See Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain. Northern European countries abandoned their monarchies many years ago. Those countries also spend nothing on defense. They have had a good half century run..@Carazaa
Carazaa · F
@AthrillatheHunt Scandinavia has had a thousand years of no corruption, no homelessness, no poverty, no unhappiness with very strong loving government that really have treated their people good. No abuse at all. They are happy countries. Ofcourse now when they went from Christian to Secular they are having problems, but the people are MUCH more caring than other countries. They also educate the public in caring for the needy on a regular basis on TV, radio and school. The King of Swedens address at Christmas was to love for everyone, the immigrants, and caring for the needy. The Swedish State Church dedicate huge amount to help the needy in Syria, and other countries that are in war. They have whole programs to educate about being loving. Money is secondary! They have no tolerance for anyone being homeless. They have a new law in Sweden if anyone is homeless in Sweden, regardless of citisenship, they will get a place to live free because Sweden cares for the needy, regardless of citisenship. What is super shocking is the history of the USA of not taking care of its own, starting with slavery and this materialistic attitude that we can't afford to take care of people. Of course the USA can afford it without raising any taxes at all. If theUSA declare bankrupsy its because of the high salaries and the huge defense epartment, not that they spend too much on social services. Most cities in California are wealthy from the home taxes. On a every $500,000 house the city takes 450 a month in taxes, and the towns have homelessness? That is crazy greed!
MrBrownstone · 46-50, M
People would abuse number 2.
Carazaa · F
@MrBrownstone Is that how you work? If no one is looking you goof off? Because I don't! and I believe that if you are nice to your employees they will be nice to you.
MrBrownstone · 46-50, M
@Carazaa I agree with being kind to your employees. It’s your business, you run it how you want.
Carazaa · F
@MrBrownstone but some don't and therefore there is greed and abuse. All I am saying is that I believe in a strong loving government. We can have both! Right now we have an impotent government that is abusive and uncaring about poor and the homeless.
trackman11 · 61-69, M
I believe these are all very complicated issues without an easy solution. However I enjoy your compassion and passion for those who are suffering. I hope people will once again start listening to each other and not just vilify those who disagree.
Carazaa · F
@trackman11 These are easy problems to fix!
trackman11 · 61-69, M
@Carazaa good luck then. I look forward to seeing these problems go away. 😀
Valerian · 100+, M
You're so delusional! 😂🤣
She’s not. I am actually. @Valerian
I love and admire ppls passion and empathy..
But the reality is. All that costs money that don’t exist.. and hearts bankers don’t have..
Carazaa · F
@TheOneyouwerewarnedabout The politicials make a salary of 200,000-400,000 when the average person in the USA has a $40,000 salary. We need to lower their salaries to average so only caring people are in our government like in other western countries where these problems are solved.
@Carazaa politician wages are pittance compared to tax money that is wasted..
Carazaa · F
@TheOneyouwerewarnedabout No our tax money pays for their salaries and the defense department and that's it!
Like2play · M
Pie in the sky. Employer not aloud to fire an employee, never.
whowasthatmaskedman · 70-79, M
I like the aims.. But sadly you cant get to where you want to be by starting from where you are now. Dismantling some of what is now broken has to happen to make room for what you want to build.
Jackaloftheazuresand · 26-30, M
Maybe if you want to crash all the banks
I know you’re not talking to me so I don’t expect a reply. @Jackaloftheazuresand
Carazaa · F
@Spoiledbrat It was ridiculous how the banks overcharged those loans. And I remember when I was a young mom and bounsed a check when I was a dollar short and they charged $35 for a $5 check to buy milk. Criminal in my opinion! But those Millionaires will all have to face God for their greed one day. And we have to pray for them too!
Carazaa · F
@Jackaloftheazuresand Crash the banks? How would lowering the interest rate crash a bank? These are multimillion dollar companies that take 23% interest on credit cards for most people!
GJOFJ3 · 61-69, M
There would be no way to pay for all of this

@SW-User Did you vote on the poll?
SW-User
Just did. There are a few points to negotiate, However, there are good ideas.@Carazaa
I like 5, and 8.
Powderflask · 31-35, M
I disagree but that's fine, I appreciate your respectful attitude.
MethDozer · M
You can't fire people? That's insane.
wildbill83 · 36-40, M
@Carazaa

Many employers do offer those programs; few druggies, alcoholics, etc. actually willingly accept them (if they had that kind of ambition & fortitude, they wouldn't be smoking dope to begin with...)
There is a reason why some countries have very little violence. And USA need to learn from those countries.
Name one of those countries; preferably one with a stronger economy and more opportunity than the US... otherwise it's a moot point
gentle nature of raising kids, and teaching treat others the way you want to be treated.
Failure to teach discipline, liability, consequences of poor actions/decisions is the reason kids go on shooting rampages, accumulate debts they can never repay, are so naive, etc.
MethDozer · M
@Carazaa So basically no one should be accountable for their own behaviour and ineptitude. They are all just children who shall be coddled.
wildbill83 · 36-40, M
And "Mental Illness" has just become a convenient excuse to blame incompetence, lack of discipline, poor morals, etc. on

No different that people who blame inanimate objects like firearms and video games for crime. Society has become to pussified and politically correct to blame the real problem for fear of being called racist/prejudice; that problem being people themselves, no accountability, self gratification, bad parenting, etc.

The real "illness" of society is that nativity, gullibility, delusion, failure to acknowledge the actual problem.
