You can think of it as a "file". Put the worries in that file in your mind and remind yourself that you can address and open that file later. It's not going anywhere. 😊

it’s a challenge, for me as well..
"Dont let your emotions get the best of you" they say...but it can be really hard. I just remind my self what will be more productive and make me happier long term, and that's NOT dwelling on things that I can't change.
