How do you stay focus on your goal when other emotional things are going in your mind?

You bring your wandering mind to stay focused and make sure it does not stray. Bring it under submission. Concentrate.
You can think of it as a "file". Put the worries in that file in your mind and remind yourself that you can address and open that file later. It's not going anywhere. 馃槉

Practice makes perfect. It's a task we all must learn. Hopefully a person doesn't get overwhelmed. If you are focus on your goal... focus with all your might!

it鈥檚 a challenge, for me as well..
"Dont let your emotions get the best of you" they say...but it can be really hard. I just remind my self what will be more productive and make me happier long term, and that's NOT dwelling on things that I can't change.
