What do u think about minimalism?

Minimalism means getting rid of clutter and being happy with less

Its not less but living with essential and clear the unwanted. It means not falling for bargains and grabbing more .. like we grab 5 kg on offer when even 1kg lasts for months..

It's intellectually pretentious and defeats its own purpose. Minimalism attempts to combat materialism with more materialism. It places a high value on specific material items that get left behind and less on the ones they choose to do without. Their aesthetic choices are always subjective and rarely ever sacrifices comfort. It's just a game for privileged people with how they try to make a room look good using the fewest pieces of furniture. There's no virtue in it.

I get the appeal of simple living and the rejection of consumerism, but minimalism isn't that. You're either just poor and are forced to squeeze by, or you're already comfortable with what you have and don't feel pressured to get anything else.

@TinyViolins No matter what the concept is, human element always comes in to ruin it.

I think everyone can give me their stuff.. 👀 so I suppose I agree with this.. 👀 For everyone else..
I think it lacks a depth of personality. I rather like it.

It means you are maturing and putting less value into material things. 🙂
