@McCormac It would. I had a job caring for a young man with cerebral palsy. He was in a wheelchair. His mother told me when he was 12 years old he got up out of his wheelchair and walked across the room. They took him to see his grandfather to surprise him. Took him out of the car, put him in his wheelchair and he got up and walked. His grandfather had a mild heart attack and had to go to the hospital, that's how much he was surprised.

Also the Exposition Universelle of 1889 would have been a few weeks old and the hype over the monstrosity that was the Eiffel Tower would be subsiding. And I COULD get to the top. Unlike now.

It was the time of Picasso, Monet, Matisse, Georges, Debussy, and Coco as a child.
