Ever feel like you were making great progress on something only to have all of that progress vanish right in front of you?

Made great strides this year, knocking a good 5k off my credit card balance. On track to annihilate it around tax return time next year.

And then last night my air conditioner dies. Cost to repair... About the same as just getting a brand new unit. Poof!

Live in Florida, so it's rather difficult to go without. Doable, but miserable. -.-'
