I'm living for the day when cathedrals will be sold to individuals and made into homes

Sometimes they will sell off old churches for cheap but the big cathedrals don’t really go because they costs millions of dollars to maintain. They’ll usually tear them down or they become a landmark.

Nah ours get turned into pubs

They have already but not made into homes, tourist attractions. There are plenty of church's and chapels and castles available. Obviously not in America, there's no history to require them.

Can you imagine the upkeep costs? You would have to turn it into condos
