I Have Trichotillomania

My mom gave me a haircut last week to get rid split ends. I still managed to find some split ends and bit them off, but I recently posted on here about my jaw pain, and someone said it could be from biting my hair so much. Yesterday, I went the whole day without biting my hair, so hopefully, I can avoid biting my hair today too.
