I Can't Change The Things That Need To Be Changed

Nowadays I am observing myself having extreme mood swings.

Somedays I am very happy ,cheerful, bright ,vibrant. Also active and considerate.
Other days I am depressed ,panicky, selfish ,over thinking, irritable, rough.

Is it normal considering that I am a woman and woman have varied moods ?
Or is it age ,that with age one develops frustration over certain things and this is one of them?

Or is there any other angle to the story?

The best gift that you can give you, is to daily meditate. When you are so aware of the jibber jabber that traps you in, that internal little voice that runs on commentary about the commentary.
Then you will clearly see and know what you can change or not.
The mind chatter, when is still your whole world will alter, why, you get to know what is real or you just you dwelling on old events/people.
To notice then your fears in life, such as fear of rejection, fear of been alone....
The daily meditation helps with your worry of life, to be free from your normal way to cope, that can help you cope, that is not just a repeat or short term fix.

Quote for you:
Whenever the internal dialogue stops, the world collapses and extraordinary facets of ourselves surface, as though they had been heavily guarded by our words. You are like you are, because you tell yourself that you are that way.
