I Love Going to the Gym

Few weeks ago, I joined kick-box class once a week. It is a free class in my gym.
I think it is a great cardio and is interesting and fun. Only in my class there are no women and most men don't want to fight with me. pfff

I noticed lot of akwardness and weirdness in the gym. Mostly when lifting weights.
Sometimes men are trying to give me advice, half are non sense. And sometimes I hear I shouldn't lift too heavy.

Few months ago I would be taking these serious. But after some PT and educating myself, I ignore most of the stuff I hear. At the end when you really work out good, you see the results and experience that you are getting stronger.
