I workout at home. I have more confidence and energy, I'm stronger and more attentive, and my body looks healthier than it used to. I used to be pudgy, grumpy, and tired all the time. I usually ate sweets and white bread. I had only gained ten to fifteen pounds but I didn't like the way I looked, so I changed my lifestyle. :)

It gives me a place to openly ogle men’s bodies. Kidding. I feel healthier & it’s a confidence builder and I set a good example for my kids.
