I Love The Sport Of Curling

Well it looks like hubby has gotten me in to another fun adventure. We went to the curling meet and greet demo. My dizzys wouldn't let me look down to sweet or balance for throwing the stones BUT...a nice older man had an extra push stick so I wouldn't have to throw on the ground. And another nice man offered to do substitute sweeping so I wouldn't fall on the ice.

Apparently I have very good timing and release and the curling club invited me to league practice in case I"m considering playing on one of the local women's leagues. YAY. I managed to get on the button twice.

Hubby, unfortunatly, couldn't handle the ice well in the curling shoes so he just cheered from the side.

Last thing I need is another interest but it's so addictive I don't think I can help it. I wound up playing the whole three hours of open practice.
