You know, I don't think eyes on their own in this way gives away all that much. I think one needs to look at the whole face, to read the eyes.
Your lips could be smiling and the whole perception changes.
As they are, they look serious, almost vacant without giving anything away.

@Arorin Almost all of your pictures have really sad eyes. Like you're there, but not there.
A couple have a concentrated look.
And one, the one with your dog, you're smiling from inside.
So yeah. Your eyes tell me you're a sad soul. I do not know if my knowledge prejudices this, or I'd have seen it anyway. But I think I'd have seen the sadness.
