Get Plum. It lives with your friends in FB messenger. It saves small amounts for you if you have "spare" money throughout the month. You won't miss it but you'll have a nice nest egg building for whatever and less crap off eBay to tidy away ;)

Put it in a 401K or invest it. But I know how ebay can be addicting. But that stuff won't be anything if you don't save for a rainy day and need it for something important in the future.
