I Need Help With Something Help Please

I'm at a crowded bar. In a nearby group I see a girl with a black t-shirt with white lettering. I noticed the words are the lyrics to the Doors "people are strange" - one of my favorites!
I'm reading the lyrics and singing to myself when I noticed she's looking at me as if I had burned her house down. I wasn't staring at her breasts: I was reading the lyrics!!

What am I supposed to do?
What should I have done?
What did I do wrong?
