I Need Help With Something Help Please

I need help from someone who can create a Christmas tag printable template for me. what I need this for is a community event my father started for the kids in our area. I am terrible at making templates and I have an idea because I need something made up a little different than most Christmas tag if someone could help me bring my idea together please message me id greatly appreciate it thank you
