Does your workplace have bright flashing lights?

They just installed some in my workplace today, knowing that it would trigger my seizures. The store owner told them to, and they've consistently kept him in the dark about my disabilities.
Turn those f*ckers into someone. Like OSHA.

@canusernamebemyusername I'm not sure if it was lack of communication on the part of upper management, but the local store manager and the Head Office guy should have told the store owner about my seizures before coming and installing the stupid extra lights (which we don't need anyway because the whole store is already flooded with extra glare). Either they are intentionally doing it, or they are too scared to tell the truth to the store owner, who tends to yell at people even in front of customers. He's crazy. He threw bananas on the floor last time he visited. So either they are motivated by fear of him, or they just don't freaking care whatever laws they break, or most likely both.
@purplepen Sounds like that guy needs a good punch tbh.

@canusernamebemyusername He yelled at one of the little night managers and threw bananas on the floor because they had brown spots. I'm afraid he's gone batty like the covid. Too much Corona extra perhaps.

In Canada organizations and customers have a lot more rights than employees. Suing or reporting is almost never a good option for employees here.
