Ugh

Mandatory 13 hour days at work "until further notice" ugh.

Employers that do that rather than hiring more people are ignorant of the fact that their employees most productive output happens in the first 4 hours and that after 40 in any given week they're only looking for major screw ups to happen. Stop thinking that the 40 hour week was thought up because someone was too dumb to look at the cost/production efficiency rates. Those bosses will find themselves holding mops when some lucky company wises up and puts them out of business. lol

We are on a monitoring system, so if we don't make our production goals we are held accountable, which can lead up to termination.

Hopefully you have a job where the compensation at least increases for the extended hours?

Stop complaining about it and just do it
MyNameIsHurl · 41-45, F
I'm gonna do it, but I'm also gonna complain about it.
