How do you choose your job?

Do you prefer apply a random job and working with it or you make a research before applying it whether it fits with your or not. What do you think?

You have to spend so much of your life at your job. Everybody has a natural skill set, particular interests ... you should involve those in your job search, it is worth the time to research this because you will present better at your interview and perform better at your job if you have some interest in what you're doing.
That said, if you need to work and can't find a job that interests you yes you should take a random job and start working. I think most of us have done the random job thing at some point, it can be a good learning experience too.
Continue to look for the job that fits you in the meantime.
Good luck!🌞

I had a great job once ... but a change of government ment that my job was kapooof ..magically gone.. so i went to a temp agency and did the test and worked at soooo many places.. loved every bit of it. Not there long enough to make enemies but long enough to kick start my mind and mojo 😁

I just wanted a Mon-Fri job that was administrative and would allow me weekends off to spend time with family. I wasn't worried so much about what I was doing, but it was more so about being able to still pay my bills and having a set schedule that allowed me to have time for a personal life. I found that job 5 years ago and as a bonus, I LOVE what I'm doing. I knew nothing about it when I was first hired.

Much depends on how fast you need cash.

Is there not something burning an interest within you ?
I found mine when i was about 14.

Did lots of odd jobs in the intervening time until i was 21.
The lowest age you could be to pursue a job/career in Social Work.

What is your passion, what interests you the most? Those should be the answers to what you wish your career to be. Sadly, not too many people are given those options :(

The latter is best if you’re able
I had responsibilities so I just took what I could get. I’ve evolved in the career field I’ve been in the whole time

I just heard the lady was looking for someone to replace her. She was planning to retire in a few month's. I am good with math and with computers.
Research the job that best fits your skills and end goals. In the interim take on random jobs to pay the bill's..
I mean other than working fast food jobs in high school I've only ever had one job and I just sort of fell into it.

if money matters pick any job if its a passion i would rather make me fit for it
Jobs you take---careers you research--then pursue.
Research & choose based on my needs and desires.
