Are work shy colleagues a reason you prefer tackling projects alone?

I’m a musician, so I’m not sure this is applicable. Most of the reason when I’m working on something alone is because I’m a perfectionist and on that part, I don’t trust them not to fuck it up.

No, it’s the ones that stand back and talk while you’re doing the work and then stepping up to take credit.

Nah I just like doing things *my* way. I’m bad at compromising.

Not really.. it because everyone wants to do everything the difficult way..

I like doing things alone because I am the shy one 😊
