I hate my job and current employer

There's a lot of kitchen politics involved...they call you to work anytime..I worked my ass off yet they didnt appreciate...I am starting to lose my mind..

Unfortunately people are like this everywhere. We have to reward ourselves and acknowledge our own efforts because humans are just jealous creatures who want to take and take as much as is possible and never appreciate anything in fear we will settle and not work harder.
