Would you enjoy a job where you must sit next to rowdy coworkers all day?

Having to hear dumb small talk (their dumb dmall talk. Not all small talk is dumb). Having to hear gossiping and whispering alll day long.

And also having to talk on the phone calling patients all day...

My job gives me the freedom to work from any location when I'm inside the office. We don't have fixed workstation. When I work in the lab, no one has time for any rowdiness over there. They are all polished people.

I wouldn't tolerate anything as such at work. If I'm in charge, if right away do a performance evaluation of those people and show them the exit door if they fail to meet expectations. They are not paid to do that crap.
