I Am Afraid Of Being Considered Clingy

I assure you that I'm not clingy. How much time should couples spend together anyway? I really hate this man who happens to be my partner to put me through this, he's out all the time and doesn't spend anytime with me. So basically why should I feel guilty for cheating, he refuses to be with me yet he's the one that's clinging on. Somewhere in his sick mind this is the perfect relationship, he doesn't even work at the moment so he's always out early in the morning. Returning in the evening. Why should I be angry all the time, it's not fair. His actions anger me. He's delusional and not self aware!
