I'm only 5'6 i consider myself short and I've bin short since i was a little kid

Im 5'6" and I agree with you that within modern society you feel short. When I was a kid I was always an inch or two shorter then the rest of the kids. Through most of middle school I was about 5"2'. Do you know what its like to have even the petite girls say "Wow your so short"! Finally by high school a growth spurt got me up to 5"6'. But trust me you still feel short.
