I Cannot Forget the Past

I've been realizing a lot lately that all I talk about is the past. I think about people that aren't in my life anymore and talk about them too.
I must have stuff to deal with still but just have assumed I'm over it.
I wish I could just say you know what I'm over it but obviously that's not working.

One day at a time and I hope I figure if out. Until then I must just annoy the crap out of whoever I end up in a conversation with if they even know whoever it is I'm talking about.
