One day, I was at a local laundromat with my mom, we had finished washing our clothes and placed them in a dryer. After I added coins into the slot to dry our clothes, I had accidentally pressed the start button to the dryer that was already in progress. Our clothes were on top and the couple who owned their clothes were on the bottom dryer. The thing about the laundromat is that the dryers are on top of each other which can get confusing since both the top and bottom start buttons are on top of each other. Here is an example.
I don't exactly remember all that happened, but after the husband came over to my Mom and gave her a dollar in quarters, they started talking about me in their own language, I knew they were because they had a daughter who was with them that just so happened turned around and looked straight at me. I guess the couple thought I was stealing their money, but I wasn't. Now that i think about it, I had my bank card with me, all I had to do was go to the store right next to the laundromat, take some money out and get more quarters. But what I've learned is when at the laundromat, make sure your clothes are both in the top and bottom dryers as to not make the same mistake again.
i used to hate spending 2 to 3 hours in that shithole. But the owner liked me and used to give me free stuff. Plus i got to wrestle with my dad so it wasnt so bad. Man i hated that place tho.
