The “Heavyweights”
Our American Railroads have changed over the years, and with those changes we saw the PULLMAN heavyweight passenger cars give way to more lighter streamlined passenger rail cars.
These two HO scale heavyweights are reminders of our railroad history.
No doubt some of these cars are still in actual railroad active service assuredly having been rehabilitated to meet current rail and safety standards.
Hopefully in my travels near some ”right of way” someday,’I’ll see one or a few of these cars and photograph them.[image deleted][image deleted]
