@Underconstruction: i knew some people who were lucky that they had planted a garden when one food shortage hit. they couldn't even leave their home due to the road barricades and general violence occurring where they lived, not that they would have been able to find much food at a store at the time... yay chavez!!

Well yes he was kinda socialist president. But you can't deny that he had charisma & lots of sense humor
