I Live In Texas

Texas...love it here. Not lived here all my life but now I am, I'm pretty settled. I like where I live. I can get to the beach in a day, the mountains in a day, canyons in day, forests in day. People complain about the heat, but I'd prefer that then being snowed in under 8ft of cold stuff.

I live 30 minutes from the forest and not much father from the beach. 🙂🙂🙂

@Spoiledbrat You must be a southern then ;) I'm in Dallas area. It's a 4 1/2 hour drive to central Houston from here I am and then whatever from there to Galveston or whatever. I don't really like Galveston but that's the only beach I've been to. I know some of the larger lakes have beaches but they're not the same. I'm a couple of hours from deep east TX and the woods. I can get up to the casinos in OK in around an hour up US75 or I35. West TX is a little bit further. 2-3 hours to start getting into the desolate lands haha.
