I Am Feeling Ill Today

I feel quite poorly today.
I had a dreadful cough. My ribs hurt ive coughed so much. Also...my hayfever has kicked in so my nose and eyes are streaming.
Im asthmatic and im needing to use my inhalers more often.
Im scared that its more than 'just a cough' but 'just a cough' is always unpleasant for me.....and i've felt this way many times before....so im telling myself this isnt unusual for me.
But boy....my ribs and back or so sore with the coughing. 🤒😷🤧
