@MasterofNone "Ligma" is a fake illness. People say "Hey did you hear that famous actor died of ligma?" and when the person asks what ligma is, you say "Ligma balls" as in, lick my balls.

And Sawcon is the same thing. It's supposed to sound like a convention, like comic con or wizard con. So you say "I had a lot of fun as Saw Con the other day" and when asked what Saw Con is, the response is "Sawcon this dick."
