As @SW-User mentioned, Mexican is not a race. Most of us are mestizos, of mixed ancestry. However, some of us have more European mix in us than indigenous American. And vice versa. We come in all colors and mixes.

Of course, duh. I'm a white Mexican. Full Mexican by ancestry, but I have blue eyes and white skin.

Doesn't surprise me...They speak Spanish because of being conquered by Spaniards (Spain) back in the 14-1600's, and you know there was mixing along the way so why would there be?
